OUR BookmarkSync client will not ever contain Spyware.
Our Privacy Policy
Spyware is software that is installed deceptively to gather information about you without your knowledge. This can include:

BookmarkSync does not condone the use of spyware nor support the distribution of spyware to others. BookmarkSync's client is a free download with the costs associated with operating BookmarkSync.com covered by member subscriptions.
It is important to note that some 'free' software made available by others may be or include spyware. Use caution before downloading and/or installing all software. If you think that you downloaded and/or installed spyware, we suggest reporting it on the alt.privacy.spyware newsgroup.
